노즈에서는 아벨라워 특유의 잘 익은 사과와 1st fill 아메리칸 오크에서 온 바닐라, 꿀 향이 먼저 드러난다. 팰럿은 15년 숙성 위로 48.1도의 도수가 토피, 시나몬, 시트러스를 균형 있게 밀어 올리며 발전한다. 1st fill 버번 캐스크의 또렷한 바닐라가 중심을 잡는다. 피니시는 오크 향신료와 과일 단맛이 길게 이어지며, 증류소 한정 보틀링의 정제된 구조감이 명확하게 드러난다.
