Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 퍼스트필 셰리 버트가 남긴 건포도와 다크 초콜릿, 구운 견과의 진한 향이 가장 먼저 두드러지고 흑설탕의 단내가 따라온다. 애벌라워의 이 14년 증류소 한정판은 스페이사이드 셰리 몰트의 풍성함이 처음부터 또렷하게 드러난다. 팰럿에서는 흑설탕과 마른 자두, 가벼운 향신료가 발전하며 48도가 둥글게 받쳐준다. 입안을 채우는 무게감이 견고하다. 피니시는 길고 달콤쌉쌀하며 마른 과일과 오크가 오래 남는다. 셰리의 깊이가 분명한 스페이사이드 몰트다.
