Tasting Notes
짙은 황금빛이 잔에 깊게 어린다. 스페이사이드의 애버라워 12년은 올로로소 셰리 캐스크에서 숙성되어, 체리와 씨 있는 과실, 마지팬의 달콤한 향이 특유의 과실미로 피어오른다. 40도의 부드러운 도수에서 담배와 다크초콜릿, 쌉싸름한 오렌지가 마른 결로 이어지며 건포도의 단맛이 스친다. 오크와 담배, 옅은 가죽의 쌉싸름한 여운이 호두의 고소함과 함께 남는다.

classic Aberlour fruitiness, with cherries and other stone fruits, touches of varnish and kirsch, along with marzipan (the kirsch-laced kind!) and a few amaretti. Some panettone shows up too – you know how much we love panettone, don’t you? And there’s even a hint of mirabelle eau-de-vie, that typical one from France’s Eastern Marches
restaurant Palate
drier and more on the woody side now, with notes of tobacco, dark chocolate and bitter orange. A handful of raisins pop up as well, but it’s noticeably drier this time, though still very pleasant. It feels less of an ‘allrounder’ compared to the last batch

not that short, fairly oaky, still carrying tobacco and chocolate, plus a faint leathery touch. Some walnuts in the aftertaste
