Tasting Notes
짙은 호박빛이 잔 속에 깊게 어린다. 스페이사이드 애버라워가 유러피언 오크 셰리 벗에서 11년을 채우고 60.2도로 담긴 프라이빗 보틀링이다. 코에는 세비야 오렌지와 밀크초콜릿, 그 아래로 화약 같은 미네랄과 자두가 겹친다. 물을 더하면 가죽과 구두약 같은 묵직한 향이 드러난다. 입에서는 초콜릿과 절인 체리, 장미열매 차의 쌉쌀함이 검은 후추와 함께 빽빽하게 밀려온다. 셰리 벗이 빚은 진한 단맛과 부싯돌 같은 광물성이 팽팽하게 맞선다. 여운은 더 메마르게 가라앉으며 허브와 차의 쓴맛이 아주 길게 이어진다.

A’bunadh. Okay, that wasn’t very helpful, so we have Seville oranges and milk chocolate on a bed of gunpowder and prunes. Enough said I guess. The whole is big but not overpowering at all. With water: more leather and even shoe polish on top of the gunpowder

powerful, with bags of chocolate, litres of rosehip and hawthorn teas and quite some preserved cherries. The notes of gunpowder are there again, as well as something really flinty. Ever licked stones? A lot of black pepper as well. With water: excellent half-fruity, half-leathery kind of sherry
