잔을 채운 옅은 호박빛에 붉은 기가 살짝 감돈다. 11년의 롱로우 2003은 프레시 셰리 벗의 영향을 아직 다 흡수하지 못한 젊음을 지녔다. 붉은 베리와 대추, 갓 구운 빵의 향이 앞서고 그 뒤에 이탄 연기가 날카롭게 따라붙는다. 53.8도의 입안은 진한 건과일의 단맛과 후추의 매운맛이 함께 굴러간다. 여운은 잿내와 가죽이 서로 기대며 어렵지 않게 이어진다.
