맑은 황금빛이 잔 속에서 부드럽게 빛난다. 블레어 아솔 2006은 17년을 보낸 하이랜드 몰트로, 묵직한 결로 이름난 증류소답게 향에는 잘 익은 사과와 보리당, 가벼운 흙내가 어우러진다. 한 모금 머금으면 46.6도의 매끄러운 질감 위로 꿀과 토피, 견과가 또렷이 흐른다. 여운은 고소한 보리와 은은한 오크로 길게 이어진다.
