옅은 갈대빛이 잔 속에서 조용히 흔들린다. 2002년 증류된 이 롱로우는 14년의 시간을 건너오며 거친 결을 스스로 다듬었다. 마른 짚과 젖은 분필, 연한 왁스 향이 차례로 열리고 뒤편에서 바다 내음이 은근히 배어 나온다. 51.7도의 입안은 생각보다 유순해 곡물의 단맛과 레몬 즙이 나란히 흐른다. 여운은 옅은 훈연과 흰 후추를 남기며 서서히 옅어진다.
