Tasting Notes
노즈부터 상당히 특이한 방향으로 간다. 점토와 금속 광택제, 복숭아 잎 같은 향이 먼저 잡히고 시간이 지나면 파슬리와 딜 같은 허브가 뚜렷하게 올라온다. 사과주 같은 산미도 함께 감지된다. 팰럿 역시 퍼티와 쇠붙이, 비타민 정제를 떠올리게 하는 낯선 방향으로 전개되어 호오가 갈릴 만하다. 피니시는 길고 오렌지 껍질과 후추의 인상이 남는다. 퍼스트필 벗 15년 숙성에 52.2%이지만 셰리의 단맛보다 광물성이 압도적으로 앞서는 보틀링이다.
