Tasting Notes
노즈는 다소 조용하게 열리고 점토와 마른 곡물, 건초 같은 마른 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 시간이 지나면 해변의 조약돌과 백후추가 명확하게 드러난다. 샤르도네 캐스크에서 17년을 보낸 싱글 캐스크로 색은 화이트 와인처럼 옅다. 팰럿은 향보다 훨씬 좋아 밀랍과 오일의 질감이 앞서고 가벼운 피트와 시트러스, 소금기가 함께 흐른다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 짠맛과 후추, 왁스가 이어진다. 49%라는 도수가 이 질감을 가장 잘 살리는 지점이다.

better! Classically waxy, lightly peaty, coastal, citrusy, mineral, pebbley, salty and some wonderful waxes and oils mingling together. Superb!
