리필 셰리 버트 안에서 2010년부터 10년을 머문 시간이 블레어 어솔의 결에 절제된 셰리의 결을 새겨 놓았다. 향에서는 익은 자두, 옅은 흑설탕, 갓 구운 비스킷이 차례로 풍긴다. 입안에서는 59.6도의 두꺼운 질감으로 흐르며 견과류와 시나몬, 가벼운 정향이 뒤따른다. 짙은 호박빛 잔에서 따스한 셰리의 잔향이 길게 늘어진다.
