Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 짙은 호박빛이 잔벽을 타고 천천히 흘러내린다. 잔을 코끝에 가져가면 셰리 버트가 남긴 건포도와 호두 향이 가장 먼저 인사하고, 블레어 아솔 특유의 단단한 보리 향이 따라온다. 한 모금을 머금으면 51.7도의 알코올이 입을 데우며 21년이 새긴 시트러스 마멀레이드와 다크초콜릿의 단맛이 묵직하게 흐른다. 천천히 삼키면 셰리의 잔향이 입에 길게 남는다.

another one that feels rather slow and shy, only here it unfolds very gently towards pollens and runny honey. Heather flowers, tea biscuits, geraniums and potting shed earthiness. All very easy and enjoyable. With water: greener, wet leaves, moss, crisp green apple, gooseberry and a touch of menthol tobacco

dried than expected but in a nice way that’s rather nervous and lean, lots of peppery warmth, light spices, ginger biscuits, nutmeg, vanilla sponge and some light herbal teas. With water: a firmer palate now, richer, lots of fresh breads, wee medical touches, fir wood, bitter herbs, grassy olive oil and nettle tea
