Tasting Notes
잔을 흔들면 깊은 구릿빛이 천천히 잔 벽을 타고 흘러내린다. 코를 가져가면 셰리 버트가 빚은 건자두와 보리 엿, 가벼운 흙내음이 차례로 피어오른다. 한 모금을 머금으면 1995년 증류한 21년 블레어 아돌답게 묵직한 맥아 단맛과 졸인 과일이 혀를 감싸고 51.2도의 도수가 정향 같은 향신료로 중심을 잡는다. 삼키면 흑설탕과 마른 가죽의 단맛이 입안에 깊게 머문다.

another one that feels rather slow and shy, only here it unfolds very gently towards pollens and runny honey. Heather flowers, tea biscuits, geraniums and potting shed earthiness. All very easy and enjoyable. With water: greener, wet leaves, moss, crisp green apple, gooseberry and a touch of menthol tobacco

dried than expected but in a nice way that’s rather nervous and lean, lots of peppery warmth, light spices, ginger biscuits, nutmeg, vanilla sponge and some light herbal teas.
