Tasting Notes
2022년부터 올로로소 셰리에 담긴 마무리가 블레어 아톨 본연의 몰티함 위에 가볍게 얹혀 있다. 셰리의 손길이 과하지 않아 맥아 엑기스와 다이제스티브 비스킷, 허니듀 멜론이 먼저 드러난다. 46도의 입안에서는 겨울 향신료와 캠퍼, 말린 과일과 견과가 군더더기 없이 이어진다. 하이랜드다운 단단하고 담백한 몰트가 셰리의 단맛을 잘 붙든다. 황금빛과 함께 견과와 다크초콜릿, 멘톨의 여운이 길게 남는다.

what I enjoy straight away is the impression that the finishing has been done with a rather light touch. I find quite a lot of 'Blair Atholy' qualities emerging like malt extract, digestive biscuits, fruit loaf, honeydew melon, new leather and heather ales. Feels perfectly rich, malty and robust
restaurant Palate
once again, there's no great feeling of lopsidedness. Rather a pretty elegant herbal profile with winter spices, camphor and touches of rapeseed oil, putty and various dried fruits and nuts. Robust is the word that comes to mind again. I find it very easy and with a lean 'no fat' aspect which is very appealing
timer Finish
good length, lightly nutty, mentholated, more dried dark fruits and some milk chocolate
