Tasting Notes
향을 살피면 블레어 아톨 2001의 진한 몰트 향이 앞선다. 셰리 호그스헤드의 개입은 가벼워 맥아 추출물과 다이제스티브 비스킷, 허니듀 멜론에 새 가죽 뉘앙스가 겹쳐 발전한다. 팰럿은 46도에서 겨울 향신료와 캠퍼, 유채 기름, 말린 과일과 견과가 어우러지며 군더더기 없는 구조감을 세운다. 하이랜드 몰트다운 견고함이 허브의 결과 균형을 이룬다. 피니시는 길이가 좋고 고소한 견과와 멘톨, 마른 검은 과일에 밀크 초콜릿이 이어진다. 카데나스 스몰 배치의 정직한 셰리 숙성이다.

what I enjoy straight away is the impression that the finishing has been done with a rather light touch. I find quite a lot of 'Blair Atholy' qualities emerging like malt extract, digestive biscuits, fruit loaf, honeydew melon, new leather and heather ales. Feels perfectly rich, malty and robust
restaurant Palate
once again, there's no great feeling of lopsidedness. Rather a pretty elegant herbal profile with winter spices, camphor and touches of rapeseed oil, putty and various dried fruits and nuts. Robust is the word that comes to mind again. I find it very easy and with a lean 'no fat' aspect which is very appealing
timer Finish
good length, lightly nutty, mentholated, more dried dark fruits and some milk chocolate
