Tasting Notes
옅은 볏짚빛이 잔에 맑게 감돈다. 토카이 와인 캐스크로 마무리한 블레어 아톨은 갓 구운 빵과 반죽, 뮤즐리와 맥아즙 같은 곡물의 향을 정직하게 피워 올린다. 잔을 두면 옅은 보리 엿기름과 은근한 이스트의 향이 뒤따라 열린다. 46도의 질감이 입안에서 스타우트와 초콜릿 소스, 마멀레이드와 버터스카치의 두꺼운 단맛으로 이어진다. 토카이가 더한 옅은 꿀과 살구의 단맛이 중반에 스치며 곡물의 구수함을 감싼다. 여운은 몰트의 구수함 위로 갓 빻은 후추의 알싸함이 또렷하게 남는다.

superb! Extreme maltiness, drops of stout, chocolate sauce, a touch of marmalade, then butterscotch, Oreo (apologies, I know those suck), cappuccino, even Nescafé…
