하이랜드 피틀로크리의 서늘한 언덕에 자리한 블레어 아톨은 묵직하고 흙내음 짙은 원액으로 알려져 있다. 1991년 원액을 와인을 먹인 호그스헤드에서 29년 숙성한 이 싱글 캐스크는 55.7도의 힘을 지녔다. 짙은 적갈색 잔에서 마른 과일과 붉은 베리, 흙과 가죽의 향이 진하게 오른다. 입안에서는 와인의 달콤함과 묵은 오크, 알싸한 향신료가 깊게 맞물려 흐른다. 여운은 다크초콜릿과 마른 과일로 진하고 오래 이어진다.
