잔을 돌려 향을 깨우면 블레어 아톨 12년 플로라 앤 파우나의 옅은 금빛이 흔들린다. 코끝에 가져가면 셰리 위로 부싯돌 같은 미네랄과 파출리, 조개껍질과 보이차의 향이 복합적으로 열린다. 한 모금 머금으면 43도의 부드러운 질감에 녹색 담뱃잎과 젖은 자갈, 곡물 단맛이 번진다. 삼키고 나면 하이랜드 셰리 몰트다운 흙내음과 은은한 짠맛이 정갈하게 이어진다.
