하이랜드 피틀로크리의 블레어 아톨이 43도로 담은 플로라 앤 파우나 12년이다. 잔에는 옅은 금빛이 돈다. 향은 부싯돌 같은 광물감과 함께 파출리, 조개 껍데기, 푸른 담배잎, 보이차가 켜켜이 겹친다. 물을 더하면 젖은 양모와 젖은 자갈까지 열리며 놀랍도록 풍성해진다. 입안은 도수에 비해 단단하고 광물과 흙내가 또렷하게 드러난다. 고지대 특유의 흙과 돌의 뉘앙스가 개성을 이룬다. 여운은 광물감과 옅은 피트가 깊게 남는다.
