호그스헤드에서 27년을 보낸 긴 숙성이 글렌피딕 원액을 기반으로 한 번사이드의 가벼운 스피릿에 은은한 우드를 찬찬히 새겼다. 잘 익은 배와 꿀, 바닐라 향이 먼저 드러나고, 49.1도의 도수가 입안에서 보리 단맛과 시트러스, 가벼운 오크 스파이스를 부드럽게 끌어낸다. 오랜 숙성을 거친 호그스헤드의 절제된 풍미가 과실을 살려, 짙은 금빛 너머로 꿀과 오크의 여운이 길게 이어진다.

lovely citrusy arrival, then a long development on the same tart apples and pears. A rather surprising profile which would make some of us think of Rosebank at times

medium, still very fresh but with more classic cakey notes. Some green peppercorns in the aftertaste
