Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 무화과와 건포도, 갓 구운 케이크 향이 겹겹이 두드러진다. 신선한 버터와 몰트의 고소함 위로 히스 꿀과 오렌지가 더해져 향의 밀도가 높다. 팰럿은 사과 파이와 아티장 사이더 같은 과일감에 또렷한 탄닌이 실려 발전한다. 8년의 젊은 숙성이지만 호그스헤드가 준 구조감이 단단하고 47.5도의 도수가 신선함을 유지한다. 피니시는 스파이시한 탄닌과 마른 건포도의 드라이함이 길게 이어진다.

more action. More complex, with a heavier fruity style, figs, raisins, some fresh butter, a lovely maltiness, many cakes, kugelhopf, yellow flowers, a touch of heather honey, then fresh oranges… I really find this nose lovely
restaurant Palate
much more classic than the IPA, with more depth, and something that reminds me of the older 15 yo Cask Strength. Cakes and raisins, apple pie, artisan cider, then a bigger tannicity. Indeed it is rather tannic, in the style of some rural young Calvados
timer Finish
quite long, quite tannic, quite spicy, but the apples and the dryish raisins are keeping the freshness
