잔을 천천히 돌리면 깊은 호박빛 술이 잔 벽을 따라 매끄럽게 흘러내린다. 코를 가까이 가져가면 버번과 셰리 캐스크가 어우러진 잘 익은 과일과 꿀, 오크 향이 부드럽게 피어난다. 한 모금 머금으면 30년의 숙성이 빚은 둥근 질감 위로 말린 과일과 바닐라, 은은한 향신료가 겹쳐 흐른다. 글렌피딕 30년의 이 위스키는 43도의 도수에서 깊고 우아한 균형을 드러낸다. 삼키고 나면 오크와 과일의 단맛이 입안에 길게 남는다.
