잔을 천천히 기울이면 30년을 보낸 글렌피딕 특유의 짙은 호박빛이 잔 벽을 매끄럽게 흐른다. 코를 가져가면 올로로소 셰리와 아메리칸 버번이 함께 입힌 무화과와 바닐라 노트가 떠오른다. 한 모금을 머금으면 43 도수가 만든 절제된 무게가 혀를 부드럽게 누른다. 구운 사과와 캐러멜, 옅은 오렌지 껍질이 따라온다. 삼킨 뒤에는 우드 스파이스가 길게 이어진다.
