Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 잘 익은 배와 꿀, 가벼운 오크 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 30년 장기 숙성을 거친 글렌피딕답게 향은 무르익고 섬세하며, 아메리칸과 유러피언 오크의 조합이 더한 복합성이 분명하게 나타난다. 43도의 편안한 도수에서 입안은 부드럽고 말린 과일과 바닐라, 맥아의 단맛이 또렷하게 이어진다. 오랜 숙성에서 오는 오크 향신료가 중반의 균형을 단단하게 잡는다. 피니시는 꿀과 부드러운 오크가 담백하게 길게 남는다. 글렌피딕 30년의 원숙한 구조감이 분명한 한 잔이다.
