글렌피딕 30년은 유러피언 올로로소와 아메리칸 버번 캐스크를 결합해 43도로 담은 장기 숙성 몰트다. 노즈는 잘 익은 무화과와 마르멜로, 오렌지 오일에 말린 허브와 라놀린이 겹치며 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 가볍지만 향신료의 뼈대가 또렷하고 미네랄한 결과 은은한 왁스감, 레몬 껍질이 층을 이루며 발전한다. 피니시는 놀랄 만큼 길며, 아몬드와 배 리큐어, 월계수 잎의 뉘앙스가 오래 남아 30년의 균형이 단단하다.
