초반 노즈는 글렌피딕 21년의 잘 익은 배와 바닐라가 중심을 잡고 럼 캐스크의 당밀과 바나나가 뒤를 받친다. 40도의 부드러운 도수가 향을 둥글게 정돈한다. 팰럿은 토피와 열대 과일, 가벼운 오크가 층을 이루며 균형이 단정하다. 피니시는 캐러멜과 바닐라가 부드럽게 남는 그란 레세르바다. 럼 캐스크의 당밀 단맛이 스페이사이드 과일과 부드럽게 어우러진다.

much richer than the 1991 of course but not exactly rummy. Quite some sultanas and honey, then sweet white wine (late harvest gewurz’), vanilla crème, tinned litchis, oriental wood (sandal, cedar), even incense… Gets more and more fragrant but, once again, not rummy
