Tasting Notes
밝은 황금빛이 잔에 곱게 어린다. 글렌피딕 21년은 럼 캐스크에서 마무리되어 잘 익은 마르멜로와 마른 살구, 즙 많은 무화과의 향을 은근하게 풀어낸다. 43.2도의 부드러운 도수는 입안에서 건초와 사과 껍질, 얼그레이의 허브 같은 결과 세비야 오렌지의 씁쓸한 단맛을 겹쳐 놓는다. 럼 통이 더한 이국적 뉘앙스가 혀에 감기고, 여운은 은근한 와인 느낌과 포도씨의 쌉쌀함으로 부드럽게 이어진다.

this is well whisky, do not expect a burst of dullish raisin-like notes. There are rather ripe quinces, dried apricots, perhaps a handful of Turkish delights, certainly some juicy figs, and perhaps a drop of papaya nectar. even more ‘whisky’, and even frankly herbal. Eating hay and apple peel, then drinking three cups of unsweetened earl grey tea. Then rather Seville oranges, plus a few fresh mint leaves. You know, the ones we sometimes eat after having downed a proper mojito
