노즈는 부드럽되 다소 거리를 둔 채 시작한다. 점토와 마른 곡물, 볏짚과 삼베 같은 건조한 향이 층을 이루고 해변 조약돌과 흰 후추가 사이를 채우며 시간이 지나야 조금씩 열린다. 53.1도의 팰럿은 향보다 훨씬 좋은데 왁스와 옅은 피트, 감귤과 미네랄, 소금기가 기름진 질감 위에서 맞물린다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 짭짤하고 후추 향이 남는다. 프레시 셰리 치고 색이 옅은 점이 흥미롭다.
