Tasting Notes
잔을 코앞으로 가져가면 훈제 연어와 젖은 재 냄새가 먼저 인사하고 점토와 부순 슬레이트 같은 광물 기운이 뒤를 따른다. 조금 더 흔들면 사과 껍질과 만사니야 같은 마른 짠내가 열린다. 46도를 한 모금 머금으면 레몬과 덜 익은 베리의 날 선 산미가 혀를 조이고 분필과 바닷물, 유자가 차례로 지나간다. 삼킨 뒤에는 통밀빵과 노간주나무 향이 짧고 단단하게 남아 10년치고 긴장감 있는 마무리를 만든다.

tight, fresh, nervous, citrusy, chalky, with some wholegrain bread and a tiny touch of juniper. Perhaps
