옅은 황금빛이 잔에 또렷이 비친다. 글렌피딕 1993 빈티지가 17년의 숙성을 거쳐 파운데이션 리저브 시리즈에 담긴 흔적이 잔 안에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 향에는 잘 익은 배와 양봉 꿀, 옅은 바닐라가 부드럽게 비친다. 머금으면 시트러스 껍질과 보리설탕, 옅은 향신료가 두꺼운 질감으로 입천장을 덮고 50.8도의 도수가 스페이사이드 특유의 우아한 과실 결을 길게 풀어낸다.
