잔을 코끝에 가져가면 워헤하우스 37번이 새긴 글렌피딕 특유의 청사과와 배 향이 가장 먼저 인사한다. 잔을 흔들면 옅은 황금빛이 천천히 도는 가운데 24년 리필 버번 배럴이 빚어낸 바닐라 노트가 머문다. 한 모금을 머금으면 54.6도의 알코올이 입을 데우며 1990 빈티지의 보리당과 시트러스의 단맛이 묵직하게 흐른다. 천천히 삼키면 스페이사이드 특유의 단단한 잔향이 입에 길게 남는다.
