Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 에일과 사이더, 잘 익은 사과와 캐러멜이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 시간이 지나면 드라이한 소테른 와인을 닮은 향으로 발전한다. 팰럿은 40도의 가벼운 도수에서 몰티하고 캐러멜리한 결이 스펀지 케이크와 사과 크럼블로 이어지지만 바디감은 크지 않다. 1988년 증류해 18년을 보낸 글렌피딕 스몰 배치답게 편안한 스페이사이드 스타일이 명확하다. 피니시는 짧은 편으로 얼그레이 티와 꿀의 여운이 남는다.
