Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 깊은 황금빛이 유리를 따라 매끄럽게 감돈다. 코끝에 가져가면 에일과 사과주, 잘 익다 못한 사과와 낙엽, 캐러멜에 이어 말라버린 옛 소테른의 향이 드러난다. 한 모금 머금으면 40도의 가벼운 질감 위로 몰트와 스펀지케이크, 사과 크럼블과 시큼한 나무 뉘앙스가 번진다. 삼킨 뒤에는 얼그레이 홍차와 옅은 꿀이 짧게 스치며 1977년 글렌피딕 24년의 담백함이 조용히 사라진다.
