Tasting Notes
잔을 가볍게 흔들면 18년을 보낸 글렌피딕이 옅은 황금빛을 잔 벽에 남긴다. 코를 가까이 하면 잘 익은 사과와 배, 바닐라의 향이 단정하게 피어오른다. 40도의 부드러운 술을 한 모금 머금으면 꿀과 오크 스파이스, 시트러스가 혀 위로 가볍게 번진다. 셰리와 버번이 어우러진 균형 잡힌 구조가 또렷하고, 삼킨 뒤에는 사과와 오크의 깔끔한 잔향이 끝에서 잔잔히 옅어진다.

this one's much more buttery, cakey, with touches of sour wood (or walnut bur) and a curious feeling of fern and menthol, rather unexpected. A little cedarwood too, English breakfast tea, fig cookies… Really a fine nose, once again
restaurant Palate
once again a cakey arrival, but this time rather with oranges and roasted nuts (and black nougat). The middle is rather drier, if not a little drying, with good leafy sherry. The oranges striking back after a while

medium, dry, with some tobacco, bitter chocolate, malt, plus indeed marmalade
