스페이강의 발원지 스페이사이드에서 세계적으로 사랑받는 글렌피딕이 내놓은 페스티브 리미티드 12년이다. 잔에는 밝은 금빛이 어린다. 향은 여느 판본과 달리 메마르고 재를 닮은 뉘앙스가 앞서며 옅은 건초 연기가 스친다. 40도의 입안에는 사과즙과 몰트에 옅은 훈연과 알싸한 풀내가 겹친다. 익숙한 과일 향보다 건조하고 독특한 결이 도드라지는 판본이다. 여운은 중간 길이로 푸릇한 풀과 옅은 소금기가 남는다.

dry, you'd almost believe you're nosing an old coal pit, and certainly an old ashtray. It's not that it is very smoky, but the profile is very unusual, acrid, rather unpleasant. A little burnt rubber, hay smoke. I think I used to like it a little better back in the days
