스페이사이드 글렌피딕 12년을 아몬티야도 셰리로 마무리한 보틀링으로, 아메리칸과 유러피언 오크를 거쳐 43도로 담았다. 노즈에서는 글렌피딕 특유의 배 향에 풋구스베리와 그래니 스미스 사과의 상큼함이 더해지고 옅은 아카시아 꿀이 배경에 깔린다. 팰럿은 기본 라인보다 달아 청사과 리큐어와 새콤한 사과의 단맛이 또렷이 드러난다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 새콤달콤한 사과의 잔향이 남는다.

sweeter than your regular Glenfiddich, reminding us that that English pommeau is a liqueur, so very sweet. Certainly very good, but we've lost a part of the lightness that we really enjoyed when nosing it, while this would rather be geared towards Spanish apple liqueur, Manzana Verde or else. Still good though, thanks to the zesty apples
