스페이사이드 더프타운 사슴 골짜기에서 태어난 글렌피딕의 1988년 원액으로, 2000년경에 담긴 옛 12년 보틀링이다. 잔에는 옅은 황금빛이 어린다. 글렌피딕 특유의 신선한 배와 사과, 꿀, 가벼운 오크가 산뜻하게 솟는다. 40도의 가벼운 질감으로 입에서는 과수원 과일과 보리 단맛, 옅은 시나몬이 순하게 흐른다. 여운에는 배와 꿀의 깔끔한 단맛이 가볍게 깔린다.

dry, you'd almost believe you're nosing an old coal pit, and certainly an old ashtray. It's not that it is very smoky, but the profile is very unusual, acrid, rather unpleasant. A little burnt rubber, hay smoke. I think I used to like it a little better back in the days
