노즈에서는 글렌피딕다운 잘 익은 사과와 단맛 도는 맥주, 바닐라가 가장 먼저 두드러지고 아이스 와인을 닮은 달콤한 결이 살짝 비친다. 버번과 셰리 캐스크를 함께 쓴 12년 숙성답게 팰럿은 둥글게 떨어지며 사과와 에일, 콩포트와 뮤즐리에 모카 한 스푼, 마멀레이드가 더해져 몰티한 균형이 단단하게 드러난다. 40도의 가벼운 도수지만 흐트러짐 없이 정돈된 구조감을 유지하고, 피니시는 짧지만 깨끗하게 사이다의 상큼함과 약간의 캔디 슈거가 남아 입문용 스페이사이드다운 완성도를 보여준다.
