much more presence than the 10-year-old we tasted yesterday, let’s say a lot of grapefruit and lots of pepper of all kinds, followed by carrots and gentian. A touch of honey scented with camphor. With water: superb! Everything comes together—citrus, vegetables, spices, lemon balm
