윌렛이 새 아메리칸 화이트 오크 배럴에서 11년 숙성해 무려 64.6도로 담은 패밀리 에스테이트 싱글 배럴 버번이다. 노즈는 아카시아 꿀과 커스터드, 계피 케이크에 노란 꽃의 향이 뚜렷하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 크리미하고 시럽 같은 질감 위로 순한 커리와 마살라 향신료가 또렷하게 발전한다. 64.6도의 높은 강도가 단맛과 오크의 스파이스 사이 강한 구조감을 세운다. 피니시는 건조해지며, 톱밥 같은 오크의 여운이 길게 이어진다.
