Tasting Notes
초반 노즈에서 화이트 오크에서 10년을 보낸 윌렛답게 짙고 잘 익은 호밀에 제비꽃과 설탕에 절인 오렌지, 방향성 백포도 뉘앙스가 두드러진다. 팰럿에서는 장미와 라벤더 꿀, 오렌지를 두른 오래된 뮈스카 같은 풍미가 명확하게 드러나며 59.75도의 힘이 곧게 뻗는다. 물을 더하면 피칸 파이와 땅콩버터가 올라온다. 피니시는 길고 뜻밖에 부드럽게 발전하고 견과의 여운이 남는다. 하이 프루프 싱글 배럴 버번다운 화려한 과실과 구조감이 또렷하다.
