짙은 앰버빛이 잔에 두껍게 감도는 윌렛 10년 패밀리 에스테이트 싱글 배럴이다. 잘 익은 라이 특유의 진한 향이 제비꽃과 설탕에 절인 오렌지, 화이트 와인 품종의 뉘앙스와 함께 열린다. 59.3도의 강한 입안은 오래된 뮈스카와 장미, 라벤더 꿀과 오렌지의 맛이 화려하게 번진다. 물을 더하면 피칸 파이와 땅콩버터로 균형을 잡고, 한 통에서 나온 밀도가 살아 있어 마무리는 길고 의외로 부드럽게 잦아든다.
